This course is designed to introduce delegates to the core principles of coaching for managers, team leaders and supervisors and the skills you need to be a coach.  It provides practical skills that delegates can apply to everyday work situations to help their team members take responsibility for their decisions, actions and personal development. Delegates will learn coaching can happen in the moment and that it is a leadership style, as well as a powerful developmental tool.
