- Apply some simple planning and organising techniques to maximise own, team and individual productivity
- Appreciate how to allocate work effectively
- Use a technique to give instructions that are clear and understood.
- Give feedback in a clear and constructive way
Course is for people who are new supervisors or who are interested in a supervisory position, as well as those who are part-time supervisors without a great deal of authority.
If you are in a leadership or management position with direct responsibility for the team including their development, performance management, and attendance management our Introduction to Leadership and Management course will be more suitable.
This course will help delegates to overcome many of the supervisory problems that they may encounter in their role. Handling the problems that new supervisors encounter isn’t easy, and this course will help them get onto the right track with confidence.
